+ Main structural: Precast post-tensioning concrete column, beam and slab in workshop, assembly on site

+ Outside items: concrete internal road, fence, gate, green grass, rain water drainage ...
+ Electrical system: power stations, electrodynamics, lighting, cameras, LANs, phones ...
+ Mechanical system: water supply and drainage, air-conditioning, air compressor system 2x75kw, vacuum system 95kw
+ Waste water treatment station of 30m3 / day and night, the output quality of wastewater is up to standard B
